Image scaling question
Here's a fun question ... can anyone think of a way to make the frame_background.tga self scaling or self stretching.
Currently it tile's on windows bigger then the origional image size so textured patterns must conform to a precisely repeating pattern on all 4 edges.
Useing an oversized image seems to work but it throws off the centering.
Just curious ...
