Some people are mean. If you're going to rate a skin with only one star, at least have the decency to let the author know why. That's my take on it anyways.
Would I use your skin, no as to I'm not into eye candy. But on the other hand I will not rate a file at one just because I would not use it. I think it's a fine skin and as such gave it a rating for you.
