Any interface customization that is a collection of your own work plus the work of other authors belongs in the "Compilation" download category and must give credit to the other authors. The only ones that should be in the "Complete Sets" category are those that are exclusively your own work.

If you have accidentally uploaded to the wrong category, please contact me with a link to it and I can move it to the proper category for you. Thanks.
