Re-skinning progress bar fill color, and store buttons
I would like to know 2 things.
1. Can the fill color for the progress bar/induction bar be remapped to a different color?
and
2. I would like to re-skin all lotro store buttons in the various panels (i.e. get more vault space).
I would like to do both, because the current colors don't really go with my skin's color scheme of black and gold.
