lol i found it out by myself
it was about this:
<Element ID="ToolbarFieldMain" X="0" Y="11" Width="1280" Height="200" />
and i changed it to:
<Element ID="ToolbarFieldMain" X="0" Y="500" Width="1" Height="1" />
simple
