My friend changed something through the registry, it was the only way he could get it to work. A safer way might be to use Tweak Manager available for download here
http://www.pctools.com/tweak-manager/.
There make the same folders but in English and change it (it has that option there somewhere) and see it that works.. It should. Good luck friends!
