It appears to me that you have an outdated version of the plugin.
The plugin you should have, from Hyoss, is called TravelWindowII and can be downloaded from here:

The pathing should look like this on a Mac:
~/Documents/The Lord of the Rings Online/Plugins/TravelWindowII
and like this on a Windows box:
Documents\The Lord of the Rings Online\Plugins\TravelWindowII
