To make your life easier, I suggest you use lunarwtr's wonderful Plugin Compendium:

Once you get it installed and configured, which is very easy, you can go to the Add New Plugins tab and search for Gambit Helper 2. Just hit Add and you're done. It takes care of all dependencies and everything.
