windows 7 installation

Hi, I am trying to install an interface mod for the game. are there instruction for installation into windows 7 64bit os? the FAQ seems to only explain windows xp and after searching i have found information on vista. but nothing on win 7.

i have put one into: c: user/jerry/my document/lord of the rings online/
which seems to be the only place to place it. it doesn't show up in game.

is there some thing i am missing.

For Windows Vista and 7 this file should be extracted to the following path: "C:\Users\<username\Documents\The Lord of the Rings Online\UI\Skins\"

Yeah whatever OS it is, it's always in the My Documents (or similar) folder in .\The Lord of the Rings Online\UI\Skins\ :)
