LoTROInterface - Help with ui

I need some help because i have no clue what to edit in this part.

Edit the the X / Y position in the  SkinDefinition.xml file doing either:

  a.) Download and use the interface manager at: http://www.lotrointerface.com/downloads/info100-LotROInterfaceManager.html

  b.) Manually change X/Y position in the line:

        <Element ID="ToolbarField" X="450" Y="875" Width="620" Height="110" Detach="1">

I have no idea what to edit in it, It's frmo the elfspiritwood skin and my screen resolution is 1280 x 1024. what should i edit thanks for aswering.

I'm not entirely sure about all of this, but I'm pretty close, so here goes nothing.

To center the bar, you want the X to be your screen width, minus the bar width, divided by 2, which is 330. And for the Y, you want your screen height minus the bar height, which is 914. So:

Don't think it did still messy and chatboxes don't even fit in the tiny areas.
