Error Message when trying to start Palantir plugin.

I'm getting error messages when trying to start the Palantir plugin:

"The Lord of the Rings Online\Plugins\DigitalUtopia\Palantir\Main.lua:42: attempt to call field 'LocalPlayer' (a table value)"

Does anyone know what this means and how I can resolve it?
