Increased font size for quest windows

I would love to be able to actually read the quests at high res without causing myself physical pain :)

Is there a mod that does this, or is there a way I can edit the setting myself?

nope. there isn't a way to make the text bigger I am afraid. You can adjust the chat font size but that's about it.
