JRR Azure Glass 2x2 character vitals level background issue

I just reinstalled Azure Glass with JRR after the release of RoR and it's working 100% correctly, but my girlfriend just finished setting it up on her computer and she's having an issue with her vitals for some reason. Everything else is displaying correctly, except her character level under her portrait. For some reason, she's getting two white and gray boxes behind the level, like there's possibly a broken transparent texture (just a guess, I'm no GUI designer). She can target other people with custom character portraits (the 1-5 year ones) and they display right, but for some reason hers (no custom portrait) isn't showing up the way it should and anything else (NPCs and other players without the 1-5 year frames) shows up broken also.

Here's a screenshot: http://i46.tinypic.com/zmcndf.jpg

Her vitals are in the bottom left above the chatbox. She's running in 1024 resolution and had everything scaled to 1.00 right after restarting her client to refresh the interface when she noticed it.

Hi,

Ensure you have downloaded and installed the last version of JRR and Azure Glass,
then verify the installation folder looks like this :

(with only JRR and Azure glass folders if you only downloaded these ones)

If the folders have not the right name or are not at the right place, some pictures will we broken (grey frame).

If the folders are correct, delete the present installation folders than re-download and re-install JRR and Azure Glass.

Thanks for the response. Re-installing all the folders seems to have fixed it. Glad to get it working right again for her, it's an awesome UI and glad to see it updated to RoR. Props for your work!
