Can't move Bar 1-5

I have dowload a couple of the skins on this site, (thank you all for your work) but I can't move my bars or make them vertical.
I can move bags, radar, chat window and so on. I can move the list that you can see after you have clicked Ctrl+/, but the bars still stay at the defoult place in the middle down area. Do anyone got any ides why.

5) On that Bar, check "Always Show" and make sure it's not docked

Make sure that bars are not docked. I think I had that problem when I tried moving them around.
