Actual Quest Tracker Plug In (for Moormaps?)

Hail all.

I am a LOTRO player for a few weeks now, I am autistic with ADHD, which brings me here.
I have made 5 new characters (rerol of same one) simply because I died before level 20.
Done Shire 5 times, to give you an idea of how I am, a perfectionist.
I simply MUST have done all quests, but...

I think, or better, I fear that I have missed one or two...

Which is why I request this option: Could someone be helpful and create a Quest Tracker, meaning, that it will make a specific sign on the map where quests are, and which removes the done quests?

I hope, someone can give peace to my brain.
Thank you very much.

Unfortunately, the quest data is not exposed to Lua so we have no way of making an automatic quest tracker. However, you can use Lunarwater's LotRO Compendium to view all of the quests, mark your progression and even flag quest locations on MoorMap or use Waypoint to find them.

Berry's Completionist Tracker is also very helpful, though manual.
