ToolbarField moves when changing from fullscreen to window

I've been looking at various skins and noticed that on my computer whenever I toggle between fullscreen and windowed mode, the toolbar defined in the toolbarfield moves to the new "windowed" mode position as long as that window is made smaller. Restoring back to full screen or increasing the size of the window does not move the toolbar back. - the end result of toggling from fullscreen to window leaves my toolbar much higher on the screen.

I searched through the forums looking to see if anyone else has commented on this but I did not see anything regarding it.

Is there a way to force that refresh yet? (I see note originally of a /reskin or /refreshui command)

Before I start working on my own UI, I wanted to verify if this is a known issue or if perhaps I have something odd on my client setup.

Thank you

Hello Dest.
your not alone on this, this a known issue when you add the panel id toolbar code.
I havent found a work around, but I hope when they release M.o.M with new improve UI will fix it.

Thank you Brygard for the confirmation.

I was afraid that might be the answer. I guess it's a reason to setup that second monitor :)

Well even if it's not a new UI, maybe they'll fix the toolbar position problem.

that make me happy at least :)
