Draggable skin?

I've searched and I can't seem to find any info on this.

I have found a dressingroom mod that I really like, however it is not draggable. How can I modify the xml to make it draggable?

I had the same problem with my dressingroom.
I found it in the assidID="DressRoom_DragBar".
