Altering the XP Bar
 

I've just started experimenting with color alterations. I was able to alter the look of the xp bubbles (xp_action_point_gem) and the xp level up bubbles (xp_action_point_gem_level_blue), but not the actual pink bar itself. I couldn't find the graphic file for that one nor could I find one that fit that description in the skindefinition.xml file. Am I missing it? Did I not download the proper file (Mod 8 UI Skin Art)?

Do you have any examples of the images you used? I've moved and resized my bar and may need to alter these parts of the skins.

Moved and resized the XP bar in DDO? I'm thinking you meant to post in the LofRO section of the forum?

There is no known way to reskin the XP bar's actual bar, just the background of it and the glass-overlay for it.

I kinda hijack this thread and actually talk about LOTRO XP bar: does anyone know how to alter the XML code to make a custom size (not talking about the graphics)?

I've tried some myself, but it looks totally messed up x)

Dunno if anything has changed but you could change the width of the XP bar before and move it around. Can't change the height of it thought of what I know.

Don't have my files here but I think tweaking the width values just did the trick. I think you have to edit all the child ID's too, editing just the parent value didn't work.
