REQ for "fullscreen minimalistic UI" with drawing

Hiyas!

Been looking through existing UIs and i couldnt find one that suits my needs so i figured i would post a drawing here , unfortunately its made in mspaint so its rather sparse. But if someone here would be willing to develop this UI for me , and probably others, then i could alternately try to make it clearer using photoshop or explain more.

Anyways, ill explain some of the stuff.

MY HP/PWR and MONSTER HP/PWR lines should be split so that HP is on top and pwr at bottom.

EXP bar should cover the whole width of the screen.
Hotbars should remain visible at all times.

Party window should be like drawn, with member 1 at left side and last member on right side, stretch all across the screen. an assist button on each player would be preferrable, it should also not be transparent (hotkeys can be transparent, aswell as chat, but not the party window or anything below.)
Also, HP and PWR of party should be with HP at top and PWR under it..

I know this is a bad description, but as i said, if you want clarifications, just post here and ill do my best to describe/draw.
(posting this from work and gotta leave in 3 minutes, thats the reason that this might be abit uncomprehensive..:) )

Thanks for looking and i hope some of you might be interested in this request.

Hello,

we can only reskin the UI so things like spliting the HP/PWR lines is impossible as for party bars we can skin them not split them.

Send a request to Turbine ;)

Oh.. darn!

I knew there was something amiss when i was browsing the already existing UIs..

Ahh well.. TURBINE! Make the UI fully customizable please! :)
