Emote Bar
 

I thought it would be nice to have a little bar...like your inventory, which you could move around and hide such, that would have your emotes on it. It could have pages or something so that they would all fit.

They could be listed by their name (Cheer, Bow), or if we got really fancy, it could be listed with a little graphic.

Anyway, I am not good enough at skinning to do this, but I always thought it would make for an awesome interface element. Especially with the multitude of emotes that LOTRO already has.

The unfortunate side of reality is that with LOTRO we can only change the color/appearance of elements ATM, not placement and/or creation/removal of elements.

The way my transparent skin works is to literally alpha out (100% transparent) the bottom bar. So, technically, it is still there, with all its buttons.

I do wish they open the UI up to somethign as you suggest however. Go and poke them some more in the interface section on the beta boards.

I hadn't really done more than glance over the UI post made by Patience, but I did get the feeling that this was the case.

I imagine that this will be opened up sooner or later, but I will be sure to prod.
