Quickslot acting strangely with U6

I use Bevy plugin.

Since U6 release I noticed that after a crash :( or each time i log in i have to put each of my potions on the bars again to be able to use them.

Is this a plugin problem considering all the changes Turbine make to LUA or a Turbine problem ?
