Using 1 UI on 2 computer

It seems that using 1 UI on two dif resolution computers = failure :(. My main game is on the desktop which is 1680x1050, then when switched over to laptop (1440x900), the unit frames, button frames, chat frames are overlapping each other from where I placed them on my desktop. So is there anyway to fix this? or it's just impossible :(.

It seems your talking about the default ingame UI,its not a UI skin mod is it?

About the unit frame and buttons(quickslots right?),chat.
Those can be moved around.
depending in your key board,the U.S keyboard has it hot keyed to ctrl+\.
Pressiing CTRL+\ will enable you to move those UI elements.

If your keyboard has a different layout,look on the ingame option look at remapping the keys to see which keys are binded with.

Each resolution you have to configure it.
The UI positions are not stored in our game folder,its stored on turbines servers.

Theres a topic in LOTRO forums and basically its used for pettition

Thanks for the reply, I should've made myself clearer. I meant the UI that I used was from spirit tree for both of my desktop and laptop. But since you said that the UI setting is stored in the server, then there's way helping it then lol.

Same Custom UI on 2 pc's

It can be done, but the UI has to be modified for the different resolutions.

Formulas are

(Resolution-length of the bars)/2 Horizontal position

(Resolution-Height of bars) Vertical Position

The line to modify will look something like this

<Element ID="ToolbarField" X="200" Y="954" Width="1440" Height="246">
