Help with loading multiple UIs

I am currently using one UI which I like. I tried to load a second UI just to see how it would work. When I log into the game it does not show the second UI even when I remove the first one from the skins folder. What am I missing? Any help would be welcome.

Current UI is Gloria Victis
Second UI is Budver

If that matters at all.
