Hello,
I am brand new to all of this. A good friend of mine pointed me towards this site. I too have been in LOTRO SOA since Beta 1. I can't wait to see what shows up here. No skill in skinning myself but that might be because I have never tried.

modding is basically making changes to interface to best tailor to your needs, by adding options, information, reskinning the UI, etc...

Been using UI Mods for most games for some time. Never attempted to mod on my own, but I sure appreciate all the time and effort put in by those of you that do. Never really expressed my thanks before, but better late than never!
