Having a strange problem with my plugins
 

I have icons on the lower left corner that keep coming back after i unload them and put no characters to load to: vinnys travel rep, campsite rep, and a few others. I wouldn't mind but it covers up my way points when i have the map opened up and I can't move them or resize them. Here is a screenshot
