beginner question for letterboxbottom.

I'm ok with Photoshop, I can do some nice stuff.. But for some reason whenever I upload a .tga file image of the bottom bar I created it loads as fully transparent. I know i'm missing something.

Did you create an alpha layer? Don't forget it.
