Original Actionbar Why?

I have recently downloaded a bunch of ui skins and everyone of them i try puts the new actionbar on top of the original one why? How do I get rid of the original one?

Sorry I can't either understand what your asking.

Perhaps take a screenshot and post here.

My guess your asking how to remove the docking bars?
If so to remove them go to the option and under the quickslot option un check docking bars 1-5.

The action bar changed drastically with the release of Mirkwood and I think that if you load a skin that hasn't been updated the system defaults to the original.
