Saving UI Layout...
 

Is there any possible way to save the UI layout (window placement etc.) so i can load or copy it to another character instead of having to drag all the windows to where i want them for EVERY character i make? i looked in the LOTRO folders trying to find a file for my main character that i could copy and rename hoping to make everyones layout the same... any help would be awesome.

nope. As has been answered many times before in the forums here, the ui settings are saved server-side.
