Does/can this exist -- Crafting Cool-down Timer Tracker
 

Especially with T7 crafting, virtually all Guild recipes now have cool-down timers.

Does the API provide any ability to access this cool-down information? (Timer value and time remaining.)

Does a Lua exist which tracks them -- across multiple characters, like in Alt Inventory.

The problem is not so much timing - as detecting when the skill fires.
