How to change text?

One aspect of skinning DDO Skins that is annoying me is text.

I noticed that the author of DDOLite managed to change the fonts and colours; how is this possible?

Actually these are things that can only be changed in game, atm. The main menu, UI tab lists all sorts of font
color and allows adjusting font size but I find these effect
only chat.

- Outside the game I would think the configure file in your my documents dod folder but I can't remember seeing it.

- Unfortunately I think most font options can't be adjusted maybe in a update like mod 10 or 11 but I haven't heard anything

Maybe someone else will be more informative and I will learn something new. I am not exactly a know it all on customizing. Only been at it 2 months :-P.
