Hi just incase I didnt see it or not is there any map coordinates mods out there?

Sorry,currently Lotro doesn't support mods or plug-ins only skinnable UI.

The best you can do is type ;loc into the chat bar. But do it in /say or a /tell to yourself to be polite and not spam the zone-wide or regional channels.

Thank you for the info the loc for in game was a big help didnot know it was there

Bit of a shame it does not support map mods. I have a dreadful sense of direction and would find such things particulalrly helpful in poorly mapped areas such as Goblin Town.

Well I can see Turbine's take on the situation. Once they open the UI for mods then you get people that try to make a mod that makes them better than everyone else. Kinda brings the mod Wowglider to mind.

:) I think thats the most rediculous comment I have ever read.Map mods help more than they hinder and ppl who make them are trying to make the game more fun for those of us who get lost all the time. It gets very frustrating and is very time consuming. Seems to take alot of my game time away just running around looking for places, when I could be enjoying the game alot more.

the other day while gaming i heard someone tell someone else where they could create a button that would do the ;loc so they don't have to keep typing it,, they said it was complicated and would have to be done for each
character on act. but can't remember where they said to look.......
any ideas?

thank you.,, also just upgraded my drivers with the new ones out from nvidia
and seems to have an issue with DX10 shadow graphics..was looking for somewhere i could read up more on this...any ideas? :)

We are in luck, Nvidia recently released workable drivers for Lotro and probably DDO as well if you play it.
