All I've done so far is make a blue and a pink skin, simply coloured all images to
try it out.

There are just too many pieces in the puzzle to go and simply create a completely
new look for the skin. I'd love to see some tools :)

I suppose the first step is to talk to the developers working on the LOTRO versions. It seems to me that the code would be pretty portable between the two games - the xml tags are different but the structures are the same. Even if they wont release the source they can still guide a dev.

Unfortunately I am not a Windows application developer (all my development experience is web or UNIX/Linux) - so here I am speaking up but not volunteering.
