New Skin

I got bored and decided to try my hand at skinning. I used some background images from Turbine's site (is that legal?) to make a new hotkey bar and borders. Any suggestions? I am no expert so go easy on me!

I like the look. I am not a mod author so can't tell you if using the images is legal or not.

Note the qualification at the beginning and end of this statement:

Every company I have dealt with thus far has not objected if images from their site/in-game are used for things like fansites, interfaces, signature files (for use on fansites, official forums) etc, providing that:
a) you are only using the graphics for those purposes;
b) you don't try to take credit for creating the images yourself; and
c) you don't make money from their use.

I still need to go digging through Turbines EULA and ToS to see what, if anything, they say, but the chances are they won't have any objection. If you follow what I have above though, you are probably fine.

IANAL* and IANATE** though, so I may be wrong.

That's kind of what I figured. The way I see it, if they didn't want anyone using it they would find a way to prevent it. I am going to fine tune this one and let people at it. Thanks for the input!
