need help with vendor window

I need some help modifying the vendor window filter list. In the german client some texts are unreadable, because they are much longer the the english ones. See attachment 1 "bug.jpg".

I modified "Vendor_BuyFilterList", but only with partial success. The drop down window increased it's width, but the text is still cut off. See attachment 2 "passr_nicht.jpg".

Any suggestions?

It seems some line are missing from the source code to do it.
