UI Skin Assets

I've recently started playing again since an absence and discovered that I need to update my UI skin.

1) Is the Update 14 skin pack the most recent skin asset pack released?

2) Are we going to get an updated skin pack for update 20?

3) Do we currently have a dev handling the skin asset releases like Narel used to?

Silorien is handling the creation of new skinning packs for now; the job rotates among our engineers. I uploaded an Update 20 skinning pack this evening to go with our Battle of the Black Gate release.

Thank you!!! I just recently started playing again after a couple years hiatus, and encountered some target frame art that wasn't being overwritten. Now I know that names of the files that I need to reskin. It is much appreciated!

Do you mean the elitemaster portrait? :s i have this issue
