i finished this Session yesterday and i was realy pleased with such UI - can i get it somewhere, or should i make wish?

Hi,

The theme you had in this session play is the default monster play theme.

I made a skin which reproduce its appearence, it is named Monter's Lair, it is included in the JRR skins collection (http://www.lotrointerface.com/downloads/info581) and it can be used as well by heroes or monster players.
