Trouble installing UI.... baffled

I am sure I am doing everything correctly...

I am opening MY COMPUTER \ USERNAME\ DOCUMENTS\THE LORD OF THE RINGS ONLINE\ lotro_ledmirage_ui_durinsfolk_v1.4\ UI\ SKINS \ LedMirage_Durins_Folk

At this point I see a list of files.
With this open on the desktop I start up the game and go to OPTIONS and then scroll down to UI SETTINGS.

My options are always NONE.

just use this: MY COMPUTER \ USERNAME\ DOCUMENTS\THE LORD OF THE RINGS ONLINE\UI\ SKINS \ LedMirage_Durins_Folk

Well, Im a noob at these things...
You'll have to explain it to me in detail. The UI file and skin file, etc. are subfiles of the lotro_ledmirage_ui_durinsfolk_v1.4 file.

How do I open them in the order oyu have suggested without opening the main folder in my documents?

just drag the "ui" folder from your

MY COMPUTER \ USERNAME\ DOCUMENTS\THE LORD OF THE RINGS ONLINE\

lotro_ledmirage_ui_durinsfolk_v1.4
folder into the

MY COMPUTER \ USERNAME\ DOCUMENTS\THE LORD OF THE RINGS ONLINE\

so your folder structure is

MY COMPUTER \ USERNAME\ DOCUMENTS\THE LORD OF THE RINGS ONLINE\UI\SKINS\LedMirage_Durins_Folk

Each ui skin should have its own folder inside the UI\SKINS folder, not outside it.
