I wish there was a way to change the Attacking rotating highlight. I've got a button made up that is not a circle...

I want the animation to be gone all together (the glowing rotating fire) and from the elite-mob vital panel as well

Please let us move the fervor bar apart the letterbox_bottom bar.

For example I'd like to move it over my target portrait.
