Is there an implied target window?

Please tell me there is an implied target window similar to EQ2.

As explanation, this would be a window that shows what someone in your group or raid is targeting if you target them. It's impossible to assist someone if you have no idea what they are targeting. It also helps in determining if others are not targeting the correct mob.

PLEASE add this if it not currently available.

Yep, select it in the Combat Options menu within Options :)
