Hey all !

i have a question...

does anyone know, if there is a way, with either a custom UI, or a command, to get me a shortcut like "Mezzing <target>, dont touch it!!" (<target> beeing replaced with the targets name).

That would realy help me loads =O i looked trought the UIs, but i couldnt specificaly find, if any of those has the capability of creating such a hotkey, and as i understoon, LotRO doesnt have that feature "built in".

Thanks in advance !

Unfortunately, not precisely. You can create a /shortcut for the statement part, but at the moment there is no %t (or similar) for the [target]. The work-around at the moment is a two step process. Here's how I'm doing it currently:

/shortcut [hotkey slot] /point [target]
(that will put in the name, but we can't specify it in our own "macros")

and then

/shortcut [hotkey slot] /f Mezzing what I just pointed at, don't hit it

Hit the one hotkey pointing at it then hit the second telling your fellowship that you're mezzing it. You can set keybindings to both by using the Keybindings menu on the main menu.

[%t] has been asked for, in one form or another, and it actually used to be there back during alpha/beta in the form of [;target], but it got taken out for some reason. We're hoping it'll get put back.

Hope all of that made sense.
