Mod for camera and controls

UI does that stand for User Interface? Would this include the controls and cameras? I was looking for a way to play this game from a top-down camera angle where if I click on a certain spot the character will go there, much like diablo 2. I love this game but hate the way I have to control from behind the person. Is there a mod for this? Am I in the wrong place to make this request? Is there a way to do this?
