I will try to make a new UI, but fail at first step :(

My problem is, i doesn't know what the problem is...

You need to include the file extension in the 'FileName="elite_mp"' .
To show extensions in explorer go to Tools, Folder Options. On the view tab uncheck "Hide extensions for Known file types".
