With the november update now live on the EU servers all the translation files I had for BuffBars caused accents and special characters to show up as ? or garbage in the client. To fix this I needed to switch the encoding on the source code files to UTF-8. I know at least tonic bars and palantir are having the same issues so I thought I'd post here as an FYI to save some time.
