Combining Skins Doesn't Work?

A few days ago, I found the Transparent Map Tracker skin.
It's something I've wanted to see for a long time.

I currently use NUI(http://www.lotrointerface.com/downloads/fileinfo.php?id=18).

I tried putting the TMT skin inside the nui skin, and it did work that same night.

But now, for some odd reason, it does NOT work.
In fact, the nui skin doesn't even show up when combined with the map tracker one. I've tried it several times and it's the same thing every time.

What on Middle Earth would make it work one day, and not work a few days later?
They do seem to work separately, just not when I combine the two.
Can anyone help me out here?

I use the same UI as you and have no issue with Tracker. I have pieced a custom UI together for myself. I take a little from here and there and tweak it. You need to make sure that u apply the tracker definition with in the existing UI and make sure all tags are closed. I use this XML Maker and have had no issue. It will let you know that you have made a mistake or if the string is bad. You can download it here http://symbolclick.com/. Let me know If you can't get it to work. and I'll see what I can do for you.

Ah smeg.
Apparently, it does work with that program.

The file opened for me automatically in Microsoft Works Spreadsheet, so that's what I was using to edit them.
I guess Works adds a bunch of garbage lines of code that screwed up the entire thing...

No clue why it did work that first night, though.

Huh, I use avg and ad-aware and the site opens just fine for me. Just Google it there are other sites to download it. The program works great for me but if you know of a better one let me know. :)

I like Notepad++ but I worked with text editors for html, VB and CMD scripting for a long time and (back to the days the apple 2) so I just feel better there.
I also have dreamweaver but that was given to me by the school and I don't use it much.

Edit: I have found the problem, something redirected my internet traffic through a hacked proxy so random pages were coming up with attacks added.
