Hi folks.

I've talked to someone already about this, and their general consensus was that it probably wouldn't be possible, but I decided to test the waters on an actual interface site anyway.

What occurred to me recently was that it would be incredibly helpful if I had some kind of tracker that counted and kept track of the net worth of all the items in my inventory. You could know, before you went back to town, how much you'd earned; if you had a goal, you'd know instantly when you reached it.

Even nicer would be the ability to exclude items from the count somehow, but.. I'm on thin ice already. :)

Unfortunately, we don't have access to the necessary information to make what you're asking easily doable. We could technically make a database of all items in game ( a ton of work ) but it wouldn't really be feasible to do.

Well hold on, I donno if anyone is familiar here with the WoW mod community, but didn't the ACE package do this? If I recall it was a community effort to build a database of ingame items for use in future mods as a library.
