I'm guessing that Frosty was running in 1024x768 resolution, by the looks of the size of the player icon and minimap... this would allow for pulling the chat window fairly wide.

Should I assume then that the chat box is not stretchable as much as you have shown it in the screenshot? Im guessing after reading the readme.txt file in the download that only the toolbar is sizable at this point in time, but I figured I see you've got your chat box stretched pretty wide, then maybe it's also possible to do at this point.
