Re: Thank You
Oh! and by the way... as I was discussing the intended placment and skining for thhe meter with a Kinship Member; we can up with an Idea, I will try an implament as well (for alternate graphics.)!
The Idea was to make a vital bar (for the attunment metter) that blends into the deco for the Player's Vitals as a third bar.
Ideas Ideas!

And if you want to resize the meter .. well it's pretty obvious what values you need to change as there isn't too many options in the skindef for that

Heh. Thanks for your kind words and good job with this. I see this would align great with the stock UI.
To answer for your 3th nitpickin it's pretty simple to make it a stand-alone. Here's how:
Skindefinition.xml
Code:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<!-- DaimonUI Rune Keeper Numerical Attunment Meter by Ryshia -->
<!-- http://www.lotrointerface.com/downloads/info503-DaimonUIRuneKeeperNumericalAttunmentMeter.html -->
<!-- original code by Daimon@Lotrointerface -->
<opt>
<SkinName Name="Ryshia's Attunement"></SkinName>
<PanelFile ID="ID_UISkin_GamePlay_AtunementBar">
<Element ID="GamePlay_AtunementBar" X="942" Y="866" Width="130" Height="130">
<Element ID="GamePlay_AtunementPipDisplay" X="4" Y="17" Width="130" Height="130">
<Element ID="damageSymbol" X="18" Y="18" Width="1" Height="1" />
<Element ID="healSymbol" X="195" Y="17" Width="1" Height="1" />
<Element ID="PipDisplay_Atunement_Frame" X="0" Y="0" Width="1" Height="1" />
<Element ID="PipDisplay_Atunement_Pips" X="13" Y="12" Width="100" Height="100" />
<Element ID="PipDisplay_Atunement_Rune" X="99" Y="12" Width="1" Height="1" />
</Element>
</Element>
</PanelFile>
<Mapping ArtAssetID="atunement_Pip_0" FileName="meterRuneDamage9.tga" />
<Mapping ArtAssetID="atunement_Pip_01" FileName="meterRuneDamage9.tga" />
<Mapping ArtAssetID="atunement_Pip_02" FileName="meterRuneDamage8.tga" />
<Mapping ArtAssetID="atunement_Pip_03" FileName="meterRuneDamage7.tga" />
<Mapping ArtAssetID="atunement_Pip_04" FileName="meterRuneDamage6.tga" />
<Mapping ArtAssetID="atunement_Pip_05" FileName="meterRuneDamage5.tga" />

<Mapping ArtAssetID="atunement_Pip_07" FileName="meterRuneDamage3.tga" />
<Mapping ArtAssetID="atunement_Pip_08" FileName="meterRuneDamage2.tga" />
<Mapping ArtAssetID="atunement_Pip_09" FileName="meterRuneDamage1.tga" />
<Mapping ArtAssetID="atunement_Pip_10" FileName="meterRune.tga" />
<Mapping ArtAssetID="atunement_Pip_11" FileName="meterRuneHeal1.tga" />
<Mapping ArtAssetID="atunement_Pip_12" FileName="meterRuneHeal2.tga" />
<Mapping ArtAssetID="atunement_Pip_13" FileName="meterRuneHeal3.tga" />
<Mapping ArtAssetID="atunement_Pip_14" FileName="meterRuneHeal4.tga" />
<Mapping ArtAssetID="atunement_Pip_15" FileName="meterRuneHeal5.tga" />
<Mapping ArtAssetID="atunement_Pip_16" FileName="meterRuneHeal6.tga" />
<Mapping ArtAssetID="atunement_Pip_17" FileName="meterRuneHeal7.tga" />
<Mapping ArtAssetID="atunement_Pip_18" FileName="meterRuneHeal8.tga" />
<Mapping ArtAssetID="atunement_Pip_19" FileName="meterRuneHeal9.tga" />
<Mapping ArtAssetID="atunement_Pip_20" FileName="meterRuneHeal9.tga" />
</opt>
Make a blank text file and add the lines above in it. Save the file as Skindefinition.xml in the meters folder. You can scrap the other folders if you like just make sure that your Skindefinition file stays in the same folder than those Targa files.
The code is the same than in my UI I just removed the path information for the Targa files and added those few extra lines to make it work alone. I named it as "Ryshia's Attunement" but you can change that what ever you want - this is the name that shows in the drop-down box in-game when you select a skin.
