Unable to resolve package
This actually turned out to be a simple problem. The Folder name in \The Lord of the Rings Online\Plugins when it installs is \Rogidor Plugins. Rename this folder to RogidorPlugins (remove the space between Rogidor and Plugins) and all works as advertised. Hope this helps.

I've loaded the original, as well as patch 1 and this patch but I'm not getting a window. When I try to load this, I get the following error:
Unable to resolve package "RogidorPlugins.MountCarouselME.Main".
