This File is the blank U46 file organized into folders.
The first folder you see, "1 Needs Sorting", is the still un-organized files. I say it is about 90-95% of the way there.
Special thanks to Lobfist on the DDO Discord, they created a program to automatically update the paths in the XML file. If you move any files, simply click the "genreate_SkinDefinition" to update the XML file.
Hope to see amazing skins in the future!!

Allowing you to customize a skin name before you auto path the xml.
No more having to open the SkinDefinition file to change the skin name.
