Description
Updated version of my old Yessh one

Version 2.5 and above are for US players only.
For Europe use 2.4 or below.




This is a minimalistic Wowish like skin.

Main features:
  • Removed art assets and buttons on the main Quick slot/XP bar
  • Enlarged Mail, Dressing, Vendor, Crafting & Quest log panels
  • Edited all vitals
  • Character level and name is hidden by default (You can check them by selecting yourself)
  • Main menu button hidden in the middle of the XP bar
  • Moved the focus button and pips at the bottom in the middle of the screen, and changed the art to an eye. (Can be repositioned to your liking editing the SkinDefinition.xml file with the help of the "Edit SkinDefinition.xls" file)
  • Most used screen resolution provided & easy way to update to your settings with the "Edit SkinDefinition.xls" file

Important:
- You need to set the tool bar size to 1 to have the UI docked at the bottom.
- For some resolutions set the Quick Slot bars size to 0.96 to fit the default one.


** v2.6:
  • Tweaked Crafting panel
  • Removed Quest log
  • Added enedwaith tab in accomplishments

** v2.5:
  • F2P version fixes
  • Added 1600x900 support

** v2.4:
  • Edited the player and monster low resolution vitals (The ones with 3d portraits disabled)
  • Changed the NPC quest parchment graphics
  • Fixed the quest map display in the XLS file for custom resolutions

If you'd rather like the older minimap version (v2.1 & below) and/or displayed icons,replace the files in
C:\Users\%username%\Documents\The Lord of the Rings Online\UI\Skins\Yessh\Graphics\minimap
with the ones in C:\Users\%username%\Documents\The Lord of the Rings Online\UI\Skins\Yessh\Graphics\minimap\old

Hello,

sorry it took so long, but I choose to not only add both requested resolutions but also an XLS file that will automatically generate the right code for any resolution. You just need to set your parameters in the file and copy paste the results.

Oh and glad to see you Brygard and Daimon been quite some time indeed! While not posting I've been lurking a bit and I saw both of you done great work on your own skins, really nice!

I use 1024x768....can you add this resolution? I can not open and edit the xml file.
Windows does not recoginize the program that you used

Qayzar,

I'll add your resolution ASAP, can take some time so:
To open and edit the skindefinition.xml file you can use notepad or wordpad. Be sure to keep the .xml extension to the file and not replace it with a .txt one
Just to be sure, is the XLS file working?

When I open the XLS file with notepad or wordpad, its just a lot of symbols.....windows wont open it.....

I added your resolution to the mod, enjoy!

BTW:
=> the XLS "Edit SkinDefinition.xls" file should be used with Excel
=> the XLM "SkinDefinition.xml" should be edited with Notepad.

Maybe that was your issue.

BTW didnt have the XLM option....

Are the various vitals for different resolutions? or is there some way to get the others? mine shows the bottom one in your picture

Glad it worked.

You have to show the file extension in windows explorer to actually see it, that was your issue.

The vitals are the same for all resolutions the different ones displayed are for the mobs. Their role is to indicate the type and difficulty of the targeted creature.

Legendarys, crafting, etc
Hi, I'm in luv with this skin! I was looking for something as minimal as possible for moors raiding, and this is it.

Only one question - is there something I can click on to show the menu with legendaries, crafting, character, etc? I haven't got all the hotkeys memorized, so I end up changing skins each time I want to look at my legendary weps.

Otherwise... awesome!!!

You mean the default new button?

If I remember well you have to remove the below line from the skindefinition.xml file
<Element ID="ToolBarButton_MainMenu" X="0" Y="0" Width="1" Height="1" />
As you can guess it hides the button.


Also when you will have re-enabled the button you might need to remove the following lines if you want to see the appropriate icons in the menu. I can't test it though. Please let me know and I'd appreciate if you could post a link to a pic of your UI.

Hi Deewe

Got a small problem...when I log into the game the main toolbar and the focus eye is in the middle of my screen....
To fix this I have to click on *none* for UI's..log out, log back in and change the UI back to Yessh....

How do i fix this?
